The difference / Your documents are your IP

Build knowledge from your experience.

Every document you own is knowledge you built over time.

Every document your organization has ever produced or processed is accumulated knowledge — years of experience, and it is your IP. GraphEdge connects thousands of them into one knowledge graph you can query and act on. Hand that same pile to a chatbot and you just get another document to read — information one page at a time.

A database keeps the record of your transactions. The knowledge lives in your documents.

Your systems of record capture what happened. They were never built to hold what your organization knows — that lives in the filings, reports, contracts and memos no query can reach. GraphEdge is the layer that finally connects it.

01 / What makes it different

Three properties a search box and a chatbot can't have.

Search returns documents, not answers. A chatbot returns answers you can't verify. GraphEdge returns the answer that spans every document — cited, and honest about what it doesn't know.

01

It answers what search can't

The questions that matter are about relationships — which supplier sits behind your customer, which part supersedes a discontinued one, which clause exposes you. Those answers live across many documents and are never on a single page. A graph traverses them; a tool that reads one page at a time cannot.

graph-native, not a chatbot
02

Every answer carries receipts

No fact enters the graph without a reference to the passage it came from — enforced by the system, not by policy. One click takes you to the exact source. For regulated and safety-critical work, an answer you can't trace back is a liability, not an insight.

provenance by construction
03

It refuses to guess

When the source is ambiguous, GraphEdge holds the fact for review instead of attaching it to the nearest match. A confident wrong answer is the expensive failure; an honest "I don't know — here's the evidence, you decide" is what makes every other answer believable.

abstention as a feature

Your documents come in families.

Your documents come in shapes — forms, reports, manuals of a kind. GraphEdge learns each family once and reads the rest exactly, so the second document of a family costs almost nothing. Your corpus gets more valuable as it grows, not more expensive — and the ontology, the confirmed identities, and every review decision accumulate as an asset only you own.

02 / The shift

One shift, three ways to say it.

Stop searching. Start knowing. certainty
Stop searching your documents. Start connecting them. relationships
Stop searching your past. Start trusting it. proof
03 / Where it runs

Inside your environment. On your hardest corpus.

Your cloud, your private network, or on-premise. Your documents never leave your tenancy and are never used to train anyone's models. Read-only by default; high-consequence actions pass a human gate.
